By accessing or using the services provided by Home Style Savings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all renovation, construction, consultation, and related services provided within the United States.
Home Style Savings offers home renovation services including interior design, exterior upgrades, remodeling, repairs, installations, and smart home integrations. All project details including scope, timeline, pricing, and materials are confirmed in writing before work begins.
All quotations provided are estimates based on initial project evaluation. Final pricing may vary depending on material changes, design modifications, or unforeseen structural conditions. A written agreement must be signed before any work begins, outlining scope and payment structure.
A deposit may be required prior to project commencement. Remaining payments are typically made in milestones as defined in the contract. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, site access, and necessary approvals. Any delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information may affect timelines and costs.
Home Style Savings provides a limited workmanship warranty of up to 5 years on eligible completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party work.
To the maximum extent permitted under United States law, Home Style Savings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
While we strive to complete projects on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, supply chain issues, permit approvals, or unforeseen site conditions. Home Style Savings is not responsible for delays outside its control.
Either party may terminate the agreement under written notice if obligations are not met. In such cases, payment for completed work will still be required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and applicable state regulations where services are performed.
